What does spiritual mean? There are so many common cliches and misconceptions about spirituality that turn a lot of people off from this journey. Here's how I've come to understand spirituality and what it means to me, hopefully it will resonate with you and help you along your journey.

If you're going through hell, remember this. It's only temporary. Feel the hell as deeply as you can so when it passes you can feel the good just as deeply.
