I am so excited to share this interview with you guys because I think you’ll see a very realistic view of what a typical coaching business journey looks like in the beginning. I think all too often we see those 0 to 6-figures in 1 year stories and think THAT is the norm, when in reality that’s like 1% or less of coaches.Lariah Smith is a Mindset Coach who helps newbie online entrepreneurs master their emotions and sales process so they can create abundance in their business without the emotional overwhelm. What I love about Lariah is her “tell it like it is”' style, her unique perspectives on mindset + manifestation & soulful approach to overcoming adversity and trauma in her own life. You’re going to love her energy and open and honest perspective on what it takes to really start your business when you come from a life of hardship. Lariah shares that at one point she started donating plasma to afford to continue to invest in herself and her business - now THAT is resourcefulness y’all! When you’re willing to do whatever it takes, that’s when your business is going to succeed and I think Lariah is such a great example of this. She came from a past full of childhood trauma and turned it into her own coaching business, AFTER doing the inner work on herself to break free from old conditioning. It all started with Path to Freedom - the program where she learned to develop a strong mindset and overcome adversity. From there she set out on a deep, yearlong journey to heal and become the powerful coach she is today.
I so enjoy this interview because it’s a true reflection on the grit and determination needed to be successful as an entrepreneur and coach.
